Zoho Super-App

Image
Zoho and many other companies are trying to create super-apps . These kinds of apps integrate data from several applications and apply advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques when moving between steps. Zoho Analytics is arguably their offering for this though it's fair to consider Zoho's entire suite as a super app type entity. In my day job, I frequently have to move between Word, Teams, Excel and Google Sheets to properly analyze, synthesize and present information. Zoho is one of many attempts to do that and I wonder if it's better for most people to try to build niche 'super-apps' that can handle workflows for different companies. Companies like Topicus and Softronic come to mind as well. It seems much better to own a pice of calculative process, like owning a portion of the pythagorean theorem, than it is to own anything else. I'm surprised the competition isn't more fierce. As corporations go, Zoho is definitely on my rada...

Toy Run

When I last went to my friend's house, I noticed that his son was playing. I sat next to him Wand observed what he was doing. I liked how the game looked interesting, so I asked him about it. He gave me the computer to try, and I won the first round. The game was awesome that’s why I asked him to install it on my phone if it’s available, and he told me to look it up on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Bv0cbECwxs .   I began playing with TOY RUN when I came home and got to know it better. The TOY RUN game gives you the option to level up by purchasing new characters with the coins you had to collect in a set amount of time while you were in a lonely wilderness. This is what motivates you to play the game until you achieve the highest rank possible and keeps you coming back for more cherries and coins. My friends liked the concept of the game and that it was free, and that you could play on the phone or computer whenever.   You should give it a try since it's free an...

ZOHO and ZOHO Sales IQ

Image
I came across a platform called Zoho  that I really liked, and decided to look closer. Zoho is a business that was established in California (USA) in 1996 and is presently situated in Chennai (India). It is an expert in SaaS production. Sridhar Vembu and Tony Thomas created the business, which now has offices throughout the world and in seven different cities, including Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and Pleasanton, California. In 2001, AdventNet grew its business into Japan. Versions of Projects, Creator, and Sheet were released in 2006 after Zoho CRM was introduced in 2005. With the introduction of Zoho Docs and Zoho Meeting in 2007, Zoho ventured into the collaborative market. By August of that year, the business had added messaging and billing systems, and one million users. The business changed its name to Zoho Corporation in 2009 to reflect its online office suite. The business is still privately held. Zoho introduced Zoho One in 2017, a comprehensive collection of more ...

WeChat Introduction

Image
Everyone has heard of WeChat. I found it appealing and started to look deeper. The Chinese juggernaut Tencent Holdings Limited created the text and voice chatting software WeChat. Additionally, it supports voice and video calls. As of March 2018, there were more than 1 billion accounts on the app, which is particularly well-liked in China. Since its international debut in April 2012, it has been available in different languages. The program created by Chinese internet giant Tencent is known as Weixin in Chinese. India is one of the nations included in its global growth in 2013. There are currently 700 million location-based actions generated by the app every day. In January 2011, the application was made available. Given that WeChat differs from Weibo, a Chinese microblogging site, several social media experts argue that the smartphone application has tremendous marketing potential for businesses as well as for games or m-commerce. For instance, WeChat already outpaced Sina W...

Tidio Customer Service Chat

Tidio is an effective all-in-one customer service platform that boosts customer assistance while assisting you in increasing sales. A readily available live chat widget guarantees your business is open 24/7, and chatbots powered by artificial intelligence (AI) interact with clients in real time to increase sales. Additionally, you can link Tidio multichannel to Messenger, Instagram, live chat, and email so that you can reply to all messages from a single location while on the go. All websites and platforms can easily incorporate it.   The fact that it is free to try has caught my attention, which is fantastic. This allows you to select the offer you want, for instance:   Free: An outstanding option for launching a free, small website. Live chat with 50 users, chatbots with 100 users, and email assistance are all available. Features: desktop and mobile applications, integration of third-party applications, and visitor data. Communicator: The ideal choice for medium-sized tea...

About Telegram

Image
Telegram is a cloud-hosted cross-platform instant messaging service and application that is available for free. On smartphones (Android, iOS, and Windows Phone), PCs (Windows, macOS, and Linux), and the web, the client application is free, open source, and GPLv3-licensed. Users can exchange unlimited amounts of documents, images, and videos. By default, the program uses encryption between the application and Telegram servers, with the latter having access to the content of messages sent and received, rather than end-to-end encryption between users (they are stored in the cloud). End-to-end encryption is still a possibility, but only if it is specifically turned on at the start of every chat. Because the client portion is free and the server portion is proprietary, some cryptologists criticize "security by obscurity," which they view as less effective than disclosing the encryption method that is being utilized (which allows possible publishing flaws).   Nikolai and Pavel D...
