  Zoho and many other companies are trying to create super-apps . These kinds of apps integrate data from several applications and apply advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques when moving between steps. Zoho Analytics is arguably their offering for this though it's fair to consider Zoho's entire suite as a super app type entity. In my day job, I frequently have to move between Word, Teams, Excel and Google Sheets to properly analyze, synthesize and present information. Zoho is one of many attempts to do that and I wonder if it's better for most people to try to build niche 'super-apps' that can handle workflows for different companies.
